Two seats. One standard.

We're a small, senior team that works with five clients at a time and does one thing at a time for each. We're looking for two people who care about the last 10%: a communication designer and a video editor.

Pick one.

01

Communication designer

  • In-house or contract
  • Design
Apply for this role

You turn an idea into something people stop for. Posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners and brand systems for founders and brands on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

What you'll do

  • Design social posts, carousels, thumbnails and profile banners that look like one brand, every time.
  • Build and keep brand identities consistent: type, colour, grids and layout systems.
  • Turn scripts and rough ideas into clear visual stories, from a single post to a pitch deck.
  • Work directly with the account manager on one client brief at a time, not forty.

You'll fit if

  • You have a portfolio of social and brand work you're proud of.
  • Typography and spacing matter to you, down to the last pixel.
  • You're fluent in Figma and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator). Motion basics are a plus.
  • You take feedback well and turn it around quickly.
02

Video editor

  • In-house or contract
  • Video
Apply for this role

You find the story in the footage. Short-form for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, and longer cuts for YouTube and podcasts, finished to a standard you'd put your name on.

What you'll do

  • Edit short-form and long-form video for founders and brands, from raw footage to publish.
  • Shape talking-head footage into stories: hooks, pacing, captions and sound.
  • Finish properly: colour, sound mix, subtitles and motion graphics.
  • Work with our in-house media team on shoots, stills and edits.

You'll fit if

  • You have a showreel or links to edits people actually watched to the end.
  • You work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut. After Effects is a plus.
  • You know what makes the first three seconds work.
  • You're reliable with deadlines and keep your files in order.

How hiring works

Four steps. No guesswork.

  1. 01

    Apply

A short form: who you are, your work and how you'd like to work with us. About five minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk

If your work fits, we call you. We talk about the work, in-house or contract, and pay.

  3. 03

    Try

A small brief close to real work, so we both see what working together feels like.

  4. 04

    Start

One client, one brief, one point of contact. Then the next thing.

Sounds like you?

Every application is read by a person, not a filter.

Focus mode: on. Clients on the roster: five, never a sixth. Half-done deliverables shipped: zero. Times we've said good enough: zero. Replies from actual humans: always.
