sirf. · Questions

Asked. Answered.

What is sirf.?

sirf. is a media and content house for founders and brands with high standards. We do personal branding, profile optimisation, content systems, campaigns, identity and media, and we help you scale what works. We work with five clients at a time, so each one gets full attention.

What does “sirf” mean?

Sirf (सिर्फ़ in Hindi, صرف in Urdu) means “only”. It is how we work: one thing at a time, with full attention, so the work is excellent rather than merely finished.

How many clients does sirf. work with at once?

Five, never a sixth. Each client has one thing in focus at a time, one point of contact from start to finish, and senior people on every deliverable.

What services does sirf. offer?

Personal branding for founders and leaders, profile optimisation for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, content systems for social media growth, campaigns and launches, identity and art direction, an in-house media team for shoots, stills, edits and films, and scaling and distribution: offer, pricing, sales process and channels.

Does sirf. do personal branding for founders?

Yes. Personal branding for founders and leaders is one of the main things we do: positioning, voice and a content system that sounds like you, across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and short-form. Because we work with five clients at a time, a senior team gives your brand full attention, and it takes about six hours of your month.

Can sirf. help grow our social media?

Yes. We build content systems for social media growth: formats, series and a steady publishing rhythm designed around your audience rather than the trend of the week, with one point of contact and an in-house media team for shoots and edits.

Who is sirf. for?

Founders and personal brands, consumer and D2C brands, VCs and startups, and creators and media businesses who would rather have full attention than a slice of it.

How much of my time does working with sirf. take?

About six hours a month. That covers regular check-ins with your account manager and your time on camera. Feedback on your content arrives three times a week without needing a meeting, and we carry the rest. One point of contact, and you never write the same brief twice.

Can sirf. help me scale my business with organic content?

Yes. Our process has three steps. First, the foundation: onboarding and a custom growth roadmap for your brand. Second, we fix the economics: your offer, pricing and ideal customer, so more of every sale is profit. Third, we amplify: we run the content system that works and tighten your sales process, so attention turns into clients.

What does onboarding with sirf. look like?

You get access to your client dashboard, where you answer a set of onboarding questions so we understand you and your business properly. Then we build a custom growth roadmap for your brand and walk you through it on a one-on-one call: who your ideal customer is, how to attract and convert them, and what makes you different from everyone else. That roadmap is the foundation of everything we make.

What happens after the roadmap?

We analyse your business: your numbers, KPIs and stats, and find the lowest-hanging fruit. Often that means raising your prices, targeting a higher-value ideal customer and adding a back-end offer, so you capture more profit before we even touch top-of-funnel content.

How involved is sirf. in my content week to week?

You get a dedicated account manager, who is your one point of contact. In the first month they meet you every week to keep you on track, and you get feedback on your content at least three times a week. This is usually when views, momentum and organic sales start to climb.

Does sirf. only make content, or help with sales too?

Both. Content brings attention, but scaling comes down to the economics. Once the content system is working, we dial in your whole sales process so that attention converts into clients, at a profit.
