Devcon week · Mumbai · 28 October to 6 November

Your side event, shot like the main stage.

Devcon is coming to Mumbai, and every side event will be fighting for the same feeds. We handle the media and production for your night, from the first teaser to the recap film, and make a personal brand film for you, the organiser.

What we cover

Everything media. One team.

I. Before Additional

  • 01

    Event identity and teasers

A look for your event, speaker cards and announcement teasers that make people save the date and show up.

  • 02

Merch nobody else can pull off

Not t-shirts and stickers. Pieces people keep, wear and post about, designed for your event and made in small runs.

  • 03

    Volunteers

We source and brief volunteers for check-in, guest flow and stage, so the night runs itself while you host.

II. On the night

  • 04

    Photo and video crew

A crew that knows how to shoot a room: the crowd, the conversations, the details and the people your audience came to see.

  • 05

    Talks and panels, recorded properly

Multi-camera recording with clean audio, so every talk can live on as a full video and a stack of clips.

III. After

  • 06

    Delivered within the week

Edited photos, clips and the recap land within the same week, while Devcon is still in everyone's feed. Done properly, not rushed overnight.

  • 07

    Clips and a recap film

Short-form cuts for X, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and a recap film that sells your next event.

  • 08

    Talk uploads

Full talks edited, captioned and ready for your channel, your speakers and your sponsors.

The organiser film Standout

The event ends. Your story doesn't.

Thousands of builders will be in Mumbai, and you're the one bringing them together. We make a short personal brand film about you: why you're building, what you're hosting and who it's for.

What you get

  • A short film about you, shot on the day, with your event as the backdrop.
  • Cuts for LinkedIn, X and Instagram, plus a version for your site and your next pitch or sponsor deck.
  • Direction from people who do personal branding for founders every day, so it sounds like you, not like an ad.
  • A piece that keeps working long after Devcon week.

Questions

Before you book.

What do you cover for a Devcon side event?

Everything media for the night: photo and video crew, multi-camera recording of talks and panels with clean audio, edited photos, short clips, a recap film, and a personal brand film for the organiser. As add-ons, we can also make teasers, speaker cards and your event's visual identity, design merch people actually keep, and source volunteers to run the night.

How fast do we get the content?

Everything lands within the same week: edited photos, clips, the recap and the talks, while Devcon is still in everyone's feed. Given the scale of what we shoot, we'd rather deliver it properly than rush it overnight.

What is the organiser film?

A short film about you, the person behind the event: why you're building, what you're hosting and who it's for. We shoot it on the day and cut it for LinkedIn, X and Instagram, so it keeps working long after Devcon.

Are you part of Devcon?

No. sirf. is an independent media and content house. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Devcon or the Ethereum Foundation. We work directly with people hosting their own side events during Devcon week in Mumbai.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the event and what you need. Tell us on a short call and we'll send a clear quote the same day.

Hosting during Devcon?

We're taking on a limited number of side events for Devcon week, so each one gets a full crew. Tell us the date, the venue and the one thing you want people to remember.
